What we collect

• Email address or phone number and contact permission - only if you submit it through Price watch. It is stored as a one-time manual contact request with the notice version and request time. It is not recorded as an email or SMS subscription.
• Essential stacks suggestion, email, phone number, and contact permission - only if you submit the suggestion form and agree that GattyWorks may contact you about it. This is a one-time contact request, not a marketing subscription.
• Feedback ("Tell us more"), email or phone number - only if you open that dialog and submit it. What you type - feature requests, what you like about the site, and where you heard about us - and your contact, if given, go to GattyWorks Metrics; see below. This form has no separate database of its own.
• Form interaction metrics - only when you engage with the price-watch, Essential stacks, or feedback forms. These include an anonymous session ID, contact method, interaction and outcome, selected stack tab, page/referral or campaign information, browser user agent, and approximate location and network information supplied by Cloudflare. A copy of your submitted contact value is included too; see below for exactly what is and is not shared this way.
• We do not require accounts, track page views, or record catalogue searches. Search runs in your browser.

How interaction metrics are separated

GattyWorks Metrics records explicit use of the price-watch, Essential stacks, and feedback forms, including a copy of the contact value (email address or phone number) you submit through any of them, so we can see a submission arrived without opening our own database. For price-watch and Essential stacks, that contact copy is all it receives - your suggestion text and other form details stay in our own database only, described in the sections below. The feedback form has no database of its own, so what you type there is stored only in Metrics, alongside your contact if you gave one. Search terms are never sent to Metrics. Cloudflare supplies the request IP so Metrics can enforce short-lived abuse controls, but the IP is not stored in the event record. Its anonymous session ID is stored in your browser's session storage and ends with that browser session.

Price-watch contact requests

An email address or phone number is stored with the contact notice version and request time so GattyWorks can follow up manually about reviewed price changes. No automated email or text is sent, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Essential stacks contact requests

When you suggest an Essential stack, we store the suggestion and the email and phone number you provide so the GattyWorks team can review it and contact you about that request. The form records the notice version and time of your permission. It does not add you to catalogue alerts or marketing.

We keep the request only as long as needed to review and follow up on it, or until you ask us to delete it. Contact hello@gattyworks.com to withdraw the request or delete the associated details.

Feedback ("Tell us more") requests

This dialog is optional and has no database of its own. Whatever you type - feature requests, what you like about the site, where you heard about us - and your email address or phone number, if you choose to give one, are sent to GattyWorks Metrics, our first-party analytics service, and nowhere else. If you do not include a contact, we have no way to identify or follow up with you from that submission.

To review or delete a feedback submission, contact hello@gattyworks.com with the approximate time you sent it and the contact value, if any, so we can locate the record in Metrics.

Why we use it

To review submitted price-watch requests and contact the person manually about relevant catalogue changes. We never sell, rent, or share these details for marketing.

Suggestion contact details are used only to review the submitted idea and get in touch about it.

Feedback is read to prioritise what we build next, and used to reply only if you asked us to.

A monthly AI-assisted savings guide is planned, not active. The current catalogue-alert consent does not cover that guide. We will ask separately before sending it, after its source and human-review workflow is ready.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare - hosting, storage, network context, and bot protection (Turnstile).

GattyWorks Metrics is our first-party interaction service and is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data only to deliver and improve the service.

Edible Factor is a separate website linked as an optional food-information companion. We do not send it your email address, catalogue searches, medicine list, or Metrics session ID.

Deletion & your rights

You may withdraw contact permission at any time. Email hello@gattyworks.com and we will delete the associated manual follow-up request. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also ask what contact data we hold and request its correction or deletion.
